Join me for an interview with Eileen Haas who suffered a hemorrhagic stroke back in 2013. Eileen is a former editor and copywriter and recently published an inspirational memoir: Along Came a Stroke: My Story of Survival and Recovery. Eileen’s book details how she slowly and fitfully got over her stroke, dusted herself off, and started life anew.

“I think everyone should write maybe not a book that's really hard to do but you can write down your thoughts every day and I think that would be helpful.”
